**Job Description: Internal Sales**
**Department**:Sale**Position Overview**:
Responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing product information, and driving sales through effective communication. Internal sales will play a critical role in ensuring that customers are matched with the right electric motor solutions, assisting with orders, coordinating with the Warehouse and Finance team, and contributing to the growth of the business. This role requires a strong understanding of electric motors, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain and develop relationships with customers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Support & Inquiry Management**:
- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate motor for their specific needs.
- **Sales & Order Processing**:
- Convert leads into sales by actively promoting electric motor products and services.
- Prepare and process quotations, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.
- Process customer orders and ensure that they are entered into the system correctly.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in the electric motor industry.
- Educate customers about the features and benefits of various electric motor products, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
- **Internal Coordination**:
- Work closely with the external sales team and Warehouse to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Communicate any customer-specific needs, product issues, or delays with External teams to ensure smooth operations.
- **Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Provide proactive customer service, addressing issues before they escalate.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotes, and sales activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and assist in identifying sales opportunities and market trends.
- **After-Sales Support**:
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing follow-up support on orders, deliveries, and technical issues.
- Manage returns and exchanges in line with company policies.

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Experience**:
- ELECTRICAL MOTORS: 2 years (required)

- AFRIKAANS (preferred)
