**About the Role**:
**Grodirect** is seeking dynamic, motivated, and goal-oriented individuals to join our face-to-face sales team in Silverton. As a Customer Sales Agent, you'll represent **The Unlimited**, a leading name in the insurance industry, promoting and selling a range of financial and insurance products directly to customers.

This is an entry-level, commission-based role—perfect for individuals with a passion for people, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a desire to build a rewarding career from the ground up. No previous experience is required—just a great attitude and a willingness to learn

**What You’ll Do**:

- Engage in **face-to-face sales and customer interaction**:

- Promote and sell **insurance products** on behalf of The Unlimited
- Achieve and exceed **weekly sales targets**:

- Participate in training programs to grow your sales and business skills
- Learn and develop the skills necessary to become a **franchise owner**:

- Represent Grodirect and The Unlimited in a professional and enthusiastic manner
