An exciting role for a Learning & Change Manager has just opened within a reputable listed corporate based in Randburg.

The core function of this role will be to consult with various business units in order to assess and evaluate the business needs/gaps and to work with L&D service providers in determining the learning design; provide QA and measurement of learning programs and reporting in order to close performance gaps and achieve business objectives. The role will also be required to support operations in providing frameworks and tools for change projects that affect operations.

**Requirements**:
Formal qualification in HR/Learning and Development ODETDP

Min. 5 years experience as a Learning & Development facilitator including experience in learning design

Experience in change management

**Education**:

- Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- L&D: 5 years (required)
- Change Management: 2 years (preferred)
