Our client in the **manufacturing industry** is looking for a vibrant **Logistics Administrator** who is organized and has great communication. The position is based in **Selby, Johannesburg.**

**Requirements**:

- Matric with a minimum of 2 years of admin experience required.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment will be an advantage.
- Good communication and telephone skills are required. Very strong administrative skills are required. Structured, organized, and self-motivated.
- Microsoft Office experience is a requirement and SYSPRO experience will be an advantage

**Summary of position (purpose)**
- Debriefing of drivers with PODs done daily.
- Daily updating of Outstanding POD report.
- Scanning & Linking of PODs & GRVs on SYSPRO.
- Following up on outstanding GRVs from group customers.
- Invoicing of all stock

**Key Performance Areas (KPA’s)**
- Daily debriefing of drivers with their PODs.
- Daily updating of Outstanding POD reports with new invoices dispatched and PODs received.
- Daily Scanning & linking of PODs and GRVs on SYSPRO.
- Following up on outstanding GRVs from groups customers.
- Invoicing of all stock.
- Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office and SYSPRO
- Ability to maintain strong relationships with and internal colleagues
- Professional, confident, and diplomatic when liaising with others
- Ability to meet deadlines, follow strict procedures and deadlines
- Excellent teamwork, organization, and communication skill
- Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail
- Familiarity with data entry and analysis
