**Required Certification**:

- A CIPS level 6 or MBA will be an advantage.
**Qualification**
- 3 year degree/ diploma (NQF level 6) preferably in Supply Chain or Business/ Commerce/ IT or other related field or CIPS level 5
**Experience**
- 7 years relevant experience of which at least 3 years in IT Category Management/ Strategic Sourcing with a minimum of 2 years on a management level.
**Special Requirements**
- Must have a good understanding of the IT and Managed Services industry, market and trends.
- Expert knowledge of IT and Managed Services sourcing and contract management.
- Knowledge of the Preferential Procurement Framework Act, NDP, NIPC, ICT sector guides and B-BBEE codes.
- Knowledge and experience in medium to complex negotiations, contracts management, strategic cost management.
- Experience in successful business case development for IT Sourcing.
- Experience in building and managing supplier relationship according to contract and plans.
- Must have a track record of building and managing long term internal and external business relationships.
- Executive presence and credibility; with a focus on unquestionable integrity and management skills that allow for instant credibility with employees,
- peers and both internal and external customers.
