- Organize and maintain employee personnel records
- Update internal databases (e.g. Employee personal details )
- Keeping employee records up to date and accurate
- Filing according to HR standards and procedures
- Answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues as and when is required
- Participate in HR projects
- Monitoring time and attendance

**Skills and Requirements**
- Proven work experience as an HR Administrator or Administrator assist - advantageous
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects

**Education**
- Matric
- qualification in HR or Administration - advantageous
- 2 year of experience as an Administrator
