**Job Summary**:
The reporting consultant is responsible for the accurate daily reporting of transactions. This includes monitoring all transactions that need to be completed paid and reported on time. It involves excellent interpersonal and communication skills.We need a creative problem solver and sound decision-maker with the ability to work independently and with mínimal guidance. This position requires excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask if and when required.

**Requirements**:

- Experience of working in an Administration role for at least 2 years (required)
- Technical Capabilities - Good computer skills MS Office Word and Excel: 2
- years (required)
- Able to prioritise workload to meet deadlines in an agile environment.
- Ability to work well under pressure
- High School qualification - Matric (required)
- Office Administration Diploma (advantageous)
- Working experience in the Financial Sector (advantageous)

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitoring of inbound and outbound Austrac transactions daily to make sure we report in time
- Exporting of daily Austrac files for both inbound and outbound
- Preparing, organising and storing information on a digital form.
- Preparing files for submission as per Austrac requirements
- Uploading daily files to Austrac online portal.
- Updating logbook and stats daily.
- Report transactions that need to be cleared to the compliance team
- Ensuring all transactions are cleared on Kaasi on time.
- Assist with adhoc administrative duties in the reporting department.
- Preparing, organising and storing information on a digital form.
