**The Role**:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Support Consultant. This entry-level position is perfect for someone with strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional customer support.

**Your Expertise**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Innovative thinker.
- Knowledge of Syspro Functional business processes.
- Troubleshooting and consulting on complex issues.
- Updating customers on progress and maintaining call desk tickets.
- Ensuring compliance with business practice and Syspro standards.
- Keep abreast of software changes.
- Report on findings in accordance with standard procedures.
- Work well in a Team and remotely.
- Flexibility working onsite at Customer/s.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience

**Qualifications required**:

- Grade 12 Certificate
- Syspro Certifications
- Customer Service/ Support Desk
