- working; someone who’s willing to learn and to teach.
Think strategically about our clients’ integrated and sustainable development reporting needs and communication requirements.
Create and deliver high-quality reports that align with clients’ overarching business and communication strategies and requirements, based on a deep understanding of our clients’ businesses.
Prioritise and manage reporting projects, suppliers and team members effectively.
Relate to and enjoy engaging with people.
Adopt either a supporting or a leading role, as required.
Work under pressure, and deal with stressful/high-stake situations.
Develop junior team members by providing useful guidance and feedback.

**Key requirements**:
A relevant postgraduate degree
At least five years’ experience in company reporting, particularly integrated reporting
Drivers licence
