Our Client is looking to employ an Administrator ICT.
Duties And Responsibilities
Assist in the implementation, maintenance and monitoring of the ICT Governance
framework
Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the ICT internal controls framework
Perform Business Continuity Management & ICT Disaster Recovery tracking. Support the management
team in perform Business Impact Assessments (BIA) by coordinating the workshops and ensuring the
deliverables are completed and retained in line with the policy
Perform follow-up of audit remedial actions and ensure evidence of closeout is retained
Assist in the administration and monitoring of compliance with ICT related laws and regulations and policies and procedures
Assist in implementation and monitoring of controls in line with the ICT Governance Frameworks,
standards and policies
Administer the governance model frameworks of the relevant CoBIT domains
Ensure that the repositories for all governance documentation required for internal and external audits are
retained
Ensure all documentation complies with company standards
Perform periodic assessment of compliance to policies and procedures within ICT with the intention of
strengthening the internal control environment
Assist in conducting awareness programs
Administer the risk process within the Sibanye-Stillwater ICT environment
Administer the various governance processes within the CT environment
Assist the internal teams with administrative governance duties where required
Provide regular progress reporting and related statistics to Manager ICT: Information Management and
Manager ICTs
Actively support and meaningfully participate in the execution of the segment specific organizational
development plan. This support will manifest in the targeted shift in culture as described by a valid culture
assessment
Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures
SHE Management:
Instil a culture of SHE leadership within the department
Quality Management System (QMS):
Maintain department’s documents
Comply with requirements of the Quality Management System
Qualifications And Experience
Be in possession of Diploma or Advanced Certificate (NQF6) in computer systems, Information
Technology, or Informatics
Have computer skills (MS Office)
Have at least 2 years’ experience in internal/external auditing, IT governance, or IT risk management
