We are currently looking for Recruitment consultants to work in our SA Nursing Division with a specific focus on placing Nursing and care staff at various Hospitals (PVT and Gov), Clinics and Frailcare Homes.

**Purpose**:
The Recruitment Consultant serves as the telephonic service (with the opportunity to network face to face) that represent and are responsible for the selling of our services and solutions to clients within a specified geographical territory.

**Skills**
- Strong Sales skills with a go Getter attitude and commission driven
- Strong balance of communication and task-management skills
- You must be able to demonstrate the ability to identify and contact decision makers through cold calls
- Research and networking with existing clients or other representatives within the industry
- You will need strong communication skills to create business relationships, and negotiation skills to enable you to best present our service.

**Competencies**:

- Proven experience in a previous recruiter or account manager/New Business development position in South Africa.
- Good area knowledge of GAUTENG and KZN will be to your advantage
- Self starter
- Demonstrate commitment, drive and enthusiasm
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close sales
- Excellent time management skills
- Can do attitude
- Well mannered
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Good organization/administrational skills
- Motivated and the ability to prioritize workloads
- Persuasive, persistent and patient
- Ability to cope with pressure
- Flexible and adaptable
- Able to work to deadlines
- Strong IT skills (word, excel, outlook)
- Happy to make volume sales calls
- Ability to work on own initiative
