We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our team as an Resourcing Consultant. As a Resourcing Consultant you will play a crucial role in our mission to source nurses across various specialties, midwives, and home care/healthcare workers. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, working in a fast-paced environment, and making a positive impact in the healthcare industry, this role is perfect for you. **Role responsibilities**:
- We are looking for a recruitment resourcer who has excellent administrative skills.
- Someone who is highly organized and who can work well under pressure.
- Working with company campaigns and exhibitions when required.
- Working closely with Recruitment Consultants to understand market trends and changes.
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in a role that requires a high level of sales barring recruitment or sourcing experience.
- Experience in working to targets or deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience of MS Office, databases/CRM’s.
