As we expand our presence in the UK market, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Business Development Consultants to join our team in Bellville, Cape Town.

As a Business Development Consultant for our UK division, you will be responsible for finding and hunting leads, booking meetings with clients, and closing deals for our Greenstaff Medical brand. Your primary focus is to grow and expand our international client base and increase revenue by leveraging your expertise in business development, cold calling and closing deals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively generate new leads and opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.
- Identify and target potential healthcare clients and leads in the UK market.
- Initiate contact with potential client opportunities and build strong relationships, understanding their specific staffing needs and challenges.
- Present and effectively communicate the unique benefits of Greenstaff Medical’s talent solutions, positioning our services as the solution to their staffing requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the delivery teams to ensure that client staffing needs can be filled in a timely and accurate manner, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market conditions to identify potential areas for business growth and adaptation.
- Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, client prospects, lead generation, revenue probability and opportunities, to management.

**Skills and Experience**:

- A proven track record and experience in new business development and revenue generation.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation.
- An understanding of the healthcare industry would be ideal but not essential.
- Excellent English written and conversational communication and presentation skills
- Cold-calling, lead-generation and client prospecting
- Arranging client meetings, presenting, negotiating terms of business
- Closing deals You thrive on securing the new business and welcoming a new client.
- Collaborating closely with Delivery and Marketing teams to support your client-facing and customer success scores
- Previous CRM software and business development/sales tolls experience
