The Digital Marketing Coordinator role is to optimise the efficiency of the Sales & Marketing Department by providing key liaison support. He/she must maximise revenues through all incoming customer queries and responsible for the administrative functioning of the department. He/she also must ensure that relationships between The Collection and all suppliers remain conducive to profitable business for both parties while managing supplier yield.

**Minimum Experience and Qualification Required**:

- Marketing diploma or degree - previous hotel experience an will be seen as an advantage
- 3 - 5 years work experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Excellent guest relations skills
- Computer Literacy essential, Opera knowledge preferable.
- Positive attitude, Self-disciplined and motivated team player
- Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and perform well under pressure
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of computer software (Photoshop, Word Press, etc)
- Driver’s License with own transport preferable
- A keen eye with attention to detail

**Key performance objectives**:

- The scheduling and co-ordination of weekly PR & marketing meetings
- The scheduling and co-ordination of monthly marketing meetings
- Compile monthly measurability statistics for all advertising done
- Co-ordinate and complete follow up reports of all advertising initiatives
- Compilation, co-ordination and implementation of ad-hoc marketing strategies over and above the Strategic Goals should the need arise for a specific strategy in a particular segment
- Ensure that all actions included in the Strategic Goals has taken place on a daily, weekly and or monthly basis
- Process monthly invoices and ad-hoc invoices for payment
- Obtain rate sheets and quotes on advertising
- Design ads for various publications
- Distribute weekly media/influencer forecast
- Liaise with Suppliers & Service Providers
- Update and mange 3rd party websites with copy, images, videos, menus etc.
- Photoshop |Images
- Marketing Collateral - creating or editing of collateral for printing
- Monitor brand integrity of all branded items (corporate ID and brand colours)
