Are you a driven and creative marketing professional with expertise in PPC and SEO? Social Money Ltd is looking for a talented **PPC/SEO Marketing Specialist** to join our dynamic team. Working across three innovative brands—**Somo Bridging**, **Dopple**, and **Payl8r**—you’ll have the chance to shape impactful marketing campaigns and grow with a fast-paced, future-focused organisation.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**PPC Campaign Creation & Management**
- Plan, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns across Google Ads and Social Media Platforms (Facebook Ads Manager/LinkedIn Ads)
- Optimisation: Monitor performance and optimise campaigns using data-driven insights to maximize ROI.
- Trend Analysis**: Stay ahead of industry trends and make informed decisions to enhance campaign strategies.
- Content Creation**: Write compelling ad copy, proofread, and propose creative templates for adverts. A/B testing where appropriate.

**SEO Strategy & Implementation**
- Conduct keyword research to guide content strategy and on-page optimisation.
- Optimise website structure, meta tags, and content for search engine visibility and ranking.
- Develop and execute link-building campaigns to improve domain authority.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry changes.

**Analytics & Reporting**
- Use tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush to monitor website traffic, user behaviour, and campaign performance.
- Provide regular reports on SEO rankings and PPC campaign results, with actionable insights.
- Track and measure the success of both paid and organic strategies in achieving business goals.

**Account Management & Collaboration**
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, manage accounts, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide guidance on best practices for web design and development to enhance SEO.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience managing **Google Ads**, **Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads** including MCC accounts.
- A strong understanding of SEO principles and implementation techniques.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and translate it into effective strategies.
- Excellent communication skills for team collaboration and client interactions.
- Creativity and initiative to propose innovative ideas and solutions.
