Using a tech-driven lending platform, they enable companies to access unsecured funding of up to £500,000 in as little as 24 hours, with repayments linked to future card sales. Having expanded into Ireland and won multiple industry awards, the company is focused on helping SMEs grow with speed, flexibility, and transparency.Role OverviewWe're looking for a hands-on digital marketing specialist with solid experience in both PPC and SEO. This is not an agency management role; we want someone who can execute campaigns directly and drive measurable performance. The role also offers exposure to a variety of marketing and tech-related projects, so versatility and problem-solving ability are key.Experience & Profile3-8 years of experience in digital marketing (flexible, with preference for ambitious, growth-oriented candidates)Proven track record in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) and executing SEO strategies (technical + content)Strong analytical mindset with the ability to report, track, and iterate campaigns for performanceHands-on, resourceful, and comfortable working without heavy reliance on external agenciesCompensation & BenefitsSalary: R45,000 - R70,000 per month13th cheque paid in DecemberBenefits: Comprehensive package being rolled out within the next 6 months (including medical aid and insurance schemes for SA employees)Location & Working ModelCape Town preferred, working at least 3 days a week in the officeExceptional candidates outside of Cape Town may be considered
