**Our client in the Manufacturing sector is seeking a temp HR Administrator to join their HR Department.**
**BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF JOB PURPOSE**:
**The position focuses on data management to support the HRIS, payroll and benefits and hiring processes. The position acts as a coordinator of the training function and participant in all HR related compliance requirements, i.e. employment equity, skills development and B-BBEE activities. The position will also provide an administrative support service to general plant support activities.**

**Payroll and Benefits**
***
- **Maintain time and attendance system.**
***:
- **Maintain Employee Self Service platform.**

- **Prepare and capture appropriate payroll information and liaise with the payroll provider.**

- **Provide appropriate information and support to line in connection with payroll issues.**
***:
- **Take-on new employees, terminate employees and administer all benefits.**
***:
- **Liaise with all benefit administrators regarding entrants, exists and monthly payment schedules. Facilitate all payroll related and SOX audits.**

**HR Support Service**
***
- **Facilitate and co-ordinate the recruitment process.**
***:
- **Be a key member of the Employment Equity and Skills development Committee and assist in the development of the annual plan and report to the department of labour/SETA.**
***:
- **Assist and facilitate line in the identification of training needs.**
***:
- **Implement the skills development plan and monitor progress with the stakeholders, including the relevant SETA authorities.**
***:
- **Work closely with EHS to assist with all compliance related training.**
***:
- **Manage and co-ordinate all pivotal programmes, e.g. learnerships, apprentices, in-service trainees and interns.**

- **Process all and coordinate all purchase requisitions for the HR function.**
***:
- **Compile monthly reports, e.g. manhours and statistics (SA). 3. Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE)**
***:
- **Co-ordinate and administer B-BBEE verification process.**
***:
- **Support HR Manager in all areas of B-BBEE. 4. Plant Support Service**

- **Provide general support to Managing Director.**
***:
- **Process purchase requisitions on behalf of the Managing Director and coordinate with Finance.**
***:
- **Coordinate plant business travel and liaise with the respective travellers.**
***:
- **Administer the company’s annual bursary scheme.**
***:
- **Manage all social responsibility and community programmes.**
***:
- **Liaise with various organisations regarding proposals and ongoing programmes.**
***:
- **Act as events coordinator and manage annual year end or ad hoc functions, including staff gifts and appreciation awards.**

- **Support and uplift publicity interventions to enhance the image of the Company.**

- **Coordinate the annual licensing of company owned vehicles.**
