**Job Purpose**
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Unsecured Credit Product to lead and grow our unsecured credit portfolio. This role will focus on expanding our existing product offerings and driving further product enhancements to meet the evolving needs of our customers.

**Key Responsibilities may include but are not limited to**:

- **Strategic Leadership**: Develop and execute strategies to grow the unsecured credit book, ensuring alignment with the bank's overall objectives.
- **Product Development**: Lead the enhancement of existing unsecured credit products and the development of new offerings to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
- **Risk Management**: Collaborate with risk management teams to ensure robust credit policies and procedures are in place.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Track and analyze product performance, using data-driven insights to optimize product features and pricing.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:Ensure all products comply with relevant regulations and internal policies

**Technical Skills or Knowledge**
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of market trends and regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
- MBA is advantageous
- 8-10 years’ experience in unsecured credit product management within the banking sector.
