**Key Performance**:

- Drive the development of Customer value management strategies, business rules, and processes
- Develop or adapt the credit strategies for new channels or products
- Drive the implementation of Customer value management strategies, rules, and processes
- Measure and advise on the effectiveness of Customer value management strategies, rules, and processes
- Direct customer centricity
- Team HR Management

**Qualification and Experience**:

- **Relevant Degree BCom or BSc Honours**:

- **8 - 10 years of working experience in Credit Risk Management or Financial Services**
