**The Role**:QA Tester

**The Mandate**:Test and evaluate new and existing platforms to identify and help remove bugs, glitches, and other user experience issues.

**WHAT YOU’LL GET UP TO**
- Testing browsers: Safari, Firefox, Google Chrome & Internet Edge.
- Testing on Devices such as Windows, Mac, tablets, Android, Apple devices.
- Checking the staging site against the design concepts that have been signed off by the client.
- Confirm that all elements are present and have been developed to spec. This also includes aspects such as font size, font style, spacing and colour scheme.
- Sweep through the site for spelling mistakes and filler text (Lorem Ipsum).
- Check all images are hi-res, cropped appropriately, and optimised for the web.
- Check through every hyperlink, contained within the site to ensure that it’s linked with the desired web page or document.
- Forms and input validations - ensuring all input fields on the site are complete.
- Perform test actions that mimic how the end user will experience the site.
- Security testing - cookie disabling, Recaptcha forms, etc.
