Are you a people-centric HR Executive who has taken the lead HR role in an organisation which employs between 200 and 800 people?
Looking for the personal touch, our client is a landlord, developer, and manager of two property funds exceeding R15billion in value. This well-established business has been at the heart of urban regeneration for over 50 years. Valuing people above all else has led to innovative residential products, precinct upliftment and office spaces in the inner cities of Gauteng where tenants feel secure and enabled to enjoy vigorous trade. Just as they breathe new life into old buildings, they seek to understand, upskill, and develop their own team. The HR Executives role will of course oversee various IR issues and would suit someone with a Degree in HR. However, with two business partners to support you, a dedicated recruiter & various administrators on your team, the role is set to focus both on employee wellness and retention. This essential role provides support to a wide variety of business units, and so a commercially minded individual who can communicate clearly at a range of levels is sought. Taking a strategic view and being able to provide executive level advice on everything from disciplinary to transformation processes, this role is at the heart of the company's cultural evolution.
