The Opportunity

We're looking for an energetic, confident, and results-driven
Sales Executive
to join our team. You'll play a vital role in growing our client base, building strong relationships, and positioning HR Consult as a trusted HR partner to businesses nationwide.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and online research.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and demos showcasing our HR and compliance services.
  • Understand client needs and recommend tailored HR, IR, and ER solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate agreements, and close deals effectively.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate closely with our consultants to stay updated on service offerings and market trends.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of proven sales experience (preferably B2B or professional services).

NQF Level 6 or higher qualification (Business, HR, or related field).

A background or strong interest in HR, ER, or labour consulting.

Own reliable transport and a valid driver's licence.

Afrikaans & English speaking.

Confident, professional, and outgoing personality.
