Guest Relations Officer

**- **Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with a warm welcome**
**- **Assist guests with any inquiries, requests, or concerns they may have during their stay**
**- **Handle guest complaints and work towards providing a satisfactory resolution**
**- **Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times while interacting with guests**
**- **Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all guest needs are met**
**- **Keep track of guest feedback and make recommendations for improvements to management**
**- **Plan and organize special events and activities for guests**
**- **Provide guests with information about the ship's facilities, activities, and services**
**- **Handle guest check-in and check-out processes**
**- **Ensure that all guest information is kept confidential and secure**
**- **Uphold the company's standards of service and guest satisfaction**
**_ Qualifications:_**
**- **High school diploma or equivalent**
**- **Previous customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality industry**
**- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**
**- **Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations**
**- **Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills**
**- **Knowledge of multiple languages is an asset**
**- **Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays**
**- **Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications as required by the company**
