Field Sales Representative- Retail

**KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Draw up Trade visit schedules & call cycles to work with sales agents & independently as per tiers
- Store listing and availability plans developed and implemented
- Plan trips for region including far distance areas
- Review Retail monthly sales reviews into Retail Channels with sales agent.
- Update & maintain sales for reports & analysis for region specific

Agents/Distributors (Retail)
- Liaise with external stakeholders. Smollans; Daymon, Vector & FB Logistics - Inland
- Retail Trade Visits with Sales Agents
- Trade visits with KAM as required

**EDUCATION**
- Matric certificate/equivalent to that.

**EXPERIENCE**
- FMCG/RETAIL experience in a corporate, Franchise & Wholesale/Independent trade environment would be advantageous
- Experience in Administration with MS Office; Excel
- Attention to detail at all times
- Interacting with sales agents; chain stores and team members - good communicator.
- Customer and Personal Service.
- Ability to work independently
- Proactive and self-disciplined
- Ability to push the boundaries beyond trade visits
