**A company specializing in metal pressing and spinning offers customers a comprehensive, one-stop service—from product design and tooling development to the final production of items in brass, copper, aluminum, mild steel, and stainless steel.**

**The company currently has a vacancy for a Sales Representative. While the company is headquartered in Cape Town, this role is based at the office in Midrand, Gauteng. Approx. 5 years industry-related sales experience required. Own reliable transport required for business travel.**

**You will be travelling to sell readymade and custom-made interior design products such as light fixtures, dustbins, ice buckets, etc. to interior design companies, architects, lodges, restaurants, hospitals, corporate offices, retail stores etc. Appropriate training will be provided.**

**Requirements**:

- Based in Johannesburg
- 3- 5 years previous work experience as a sales representative, in the interior design, architectural and, or hospitality industry.
- Grade 12
- Be willing to travel to all provinces in South Africa.
- Must have own car to utilize for business travel
- Knowledge and experience in working with interior designers, architects, lodges, restaurants
- Microsoft Office.

**Duties**:

- Sales representative reports directly to the MD
- Sales representative needs to be able to operate largely independently
- Sales representative must be able to manage customers from quote to payment cycle.
- Develop sales plan and review weekly with MD.
- Achieve agreed sales target (Agreed with MD)
- Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs; in collaboration with the MD
- Prepare quotes, if required
- Give timeous and proper feedback to customers on delivery dates etc.
- Remains current in terms of all trends relevant to the industry.
