**ABOUT THE JOB
The Nielsen Television Audience Measurement Survey
**TAMS**) department is looking for freelance consultants to recruit people from various ethnic groups in South Africa to participate in its Television Panel
_A panel is a group of people (volunteers) who participate through providing information in a long
- or short-term research projects)_

**ROLE DETAILS**:

- The primary role of the recruiter is to recruit (make phone calls) selected households onto the panel according to the quota provided.
- Ensure that the tracking sheet is updated daily (with all calls, whether successful or not)
- NB: All calls with participants should be professional, friendly, influential, and informative.
- Organize and manage own workload, based on addresses/telephone numbers given from team leader and procedures as set out in the recruiter manual.
- Report daily activities to team leader
- Ensure timely completion of recruitment.
- To ensure that recruitment targets are met or exceeded.

**QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS**:

- Grade 12
- Computer literate
- experience with Google sheets and Excel
- Can fluently speak English, Afrikaans, or both would be a preferred
- Previous market research, call centre, interviewing or any research experience
- Go through a full training
