A creatively led, integrated advertising agency’s Johannesburg office is on the lookout for an experienced Freelance Senior Account Manager for a four-month contract for this hybrid role. The role will be on a freelance basis, covering the work of the permanent Senior Account Director while they are on maternity leave. You will be tasked with managing the daily running of some key FMCG accounts while also ensuring consistent strategic direction, the achievement of financial targets and complete client satisfaction. FMCG experience is essential for this role.

**Requirements**:

- At least 7 years+ in the industry and 2 years in a senior account management role
- FMCG experience - essential
- Experience with in-store communication (not activation)
- Strong leadership qualities
- Experience with in-store POS
- Familiar working with healthcare/specialised skincare brands
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience in Shopper marketing is advantageous
- Digital experience - advantageous
- Good admin skills, organised and proactive
- An open, energetic, and friendly personality.
