We are ideally looking for experienced recruiters that want to work for themselves in a flexible working environment, but benefit from operating under the umbrella of an establish recruitment group with the necessary recruitment systems and solutions in place.

You will have the flexibility to work from our offices or from home.

**What we need**:

- Tertiary qualification preferred, but dependant on experience.
- Experience in recruitment, head hunting, talent management or HR.
- Professional, dynamic, driven, ambitious, presentable and down to earth self-starter.
- Someone that can source and service their own client base.

**Other requirements**
- Min 3 years’ experience
- Ability to liaise and build relationships with clients
- Assertive and persuasive
- Track record of achievement
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work to tight deadlines
- MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook required
