We are ideally looking for experienced recruiters that want to work for themselves, but benefit from operating under the umbrella of an establish recruitment group with the necessary recruitment systems and solutions in place.

**What we need**:

- Tertiary qualified in BComs or Finance (preferred)
- Practical experience in the finance industry, outside of recruitment
- Experience in recruitment, head hunting, talent management or HR, preferably in Finance
- Professional, dynamic, driven, ambitious, presentable and down to earth self-starter.
- Find and service your own client base

**Other requirements**
- Min 3-5 years
- Ability to liaise and build relationships with clients
- Assertive and persuasive
- Track record of achievement
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work to tight deadlines
- MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook required
