Cape Town, South Africa Premier Full time

To administer the offloads process including handover from Production, printing of documentation invoicing and various other admin tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handover from Offloads to Despatch
- Data Capture all Offloads administration.
- Offloads receipts to be processed and captured.
- Trays / returns to be processed and captured.
- Updating Staff registers
- Assisting with stock recon.
- Assist with customer complaints.
- Adhere and Comply to Food Safety & Health and Safety requirements.

**Qualification Requirements**:

- Grade 12 with numerical skills

**Experience Requirements**:

- At least 2-3 years’ bakery industry experience in a similar position in

the FMCG environment

**Other Requirements**
- Pressurised environment
- Required to work Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays as per roster
- Required to work on a rotational shift basis and overtime when required.
- Will be required to work until last truck is completed offloading
