** **My client is looking to employ a seasoned and well experienced Internal Sales consultant to join their organization. The successful incumbent will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, maintain long term relationships while maximizing sales.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Preparing and submitting quotations in a timely manner
- Liaising with customers when requesting quotations to ensure understanding of the underlying customer needs, to ensure customer satisfaction and capitalize on possible up-selling opportunities
- Managing customer relationships to ensure continued revenue generation.
- Providing information on customers and market intelligence
- Actively and consistently manage all customer interaction, including, and during the sales cycle, to maintain a high level of new customer satisfaction.
- Actively participating in knowledge-sharing activities to support a culture of continuous learning and development amongst peers and colleagues.
- Complying with all company processes and standards

**Experience and competency requirements**:

- Grade 12
- Product knowledge and experience within industry
- A minimum of 3 years sales experience
- MS Office and/or Google Suite
