Retail Warehouse & Distribution company

**Main Responsibilities**:
Monitor KPI for all SC functions: Demand Plan Accuracy, Inventory accuracy, On time delivery, Distribution costs.

Monitor parameters defined in Demand Planning Tool to reflect business requirements.

Monitor the Central WH operation.

Monitor the Pick and Pack capacity vs the business growth.

Monitor e-commerce Pick and Pack Capacity.

Monitor safety in WH and transports.

Monitor transport capacity and actual performance vs business needs.

Negotiate contracts with transportation companies.

Answer any claims related to SC processes (preparation order errors, transport errors, etc). Load Planning where required.

Define best frequency of dispatch to boutiques and trade.

Develop service level agreements with 3rd party suppliers and monitor them.

Proactively prevent OOS situations.

Proactively inform commercial colleagues if some OOS will occur in the future.

Look for the best freight alternative for Company’s products.

Enhancement of current WMS capabilities: Courier Integrated dispatch function. Supplier fulfilled e-commerce transactions.

Implement Last mile collections.

**Key Performance Indicators**:
Demand Planning accuracy.

Out of Stocks.

Physical Stock accuracy.

Warehouse productivity and Quality.

3rd Party Service Level agreements and performance monitoring.

Supply Chain Costs.

Supply Chain Quality Management.

Health and Safety in the Supply chain functions.

WMS enhancements aligned with E commerce growth.

**Qualifications**:
Relevant Supply Chain qualifications or Extensive experience in defined Areas of responsibility.

**Skills**:
At least 4 years of relevant experience (ideally in multi-national food industry) in Demand Planning / Supply Planning/ Warehouse / Transport, etc. Strong business administration skills. Experience in managing a Logistics team.

**Salary / Package**:
R70-R80000ctc per month
