Requirements
- A relevant BTech / first degree in Facilities Management,

Property Management, Build Environment or related field
- Five (5) to eight (8) years’ relevant experience as per KPAs
- Computer proficiency in MS Office Suite, SAP will be

advantageous
- A valid driver’s licence.

Key Performance Areas
- MANAGEMENT SUPPORT: Support Management in the development

and implementation of business plans, processes and

programmes
- FACILITIES MANAGEMENT SERVICES: Manage key performance

areas and indicators associated with the effective

centralised Facilities Management services such as

Section operational management, Service planning and

development, Lease management, Space allocation, and

Tenant and Contract management
- OPERATIONAL STAFF HOUSING MANAGEMENT: Manage key

performance areas and indicators associated with the

delivery of an effective Operational Staff Housing

Management service
- IMMOVABLE PROPERTY ASSET MANAGEMENT: Support the

implementation and operationalisation of the Immovable

Property Asset Management Framework
- STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT: Manage Customer and Stakeholder

relationships as it relates to Facilities and Property

Management Operations within the Department
- FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT: Manage and control the financial

requirements of the Facilities Management Section
- PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT: Direct and control outcomes

associated with utilisation, productivity and performance

of personnel within the Facilities and Property

Management section
- RISK, COMPLIANCE AND PERFORMANCE MONITORING.
