**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 8 years experience in the panel beating industry as a manager.
- A qualified panel beater or spray painter is advantageous.
- Valid drivers license & own vehicle.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Ability to work overtime.
- Strong technical and diagnostic ability.
- Excellent communication skills on all levels.
- Excellent problem solving ability.
- Professional and organised.
- Great reporting skills
- Innovative and critical thinker
- Team player - ability to work with co managers and subordinates.

**Job Specification**:

- Open and close workshop.
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the workshop.
- Effectively manage workflow for efficiency.
- Ability to utilise experience and knowledge to troubleshoot and oversee workshop departments.
- Quality checking after each division.
- Ensure employees are following processes and procedures.
- Ensure stock department is ordering and procuring workshop supplies and spares effectively.
- Planning & meeting targets & deadlines.
- Demonstrate strong administrative and planning abilities.
- Assisting customers with queries.
- Assisting employees with queries.
- Conduct & facilitate meetings.
- To assist in other functions that will assist the company or production thereof.

Working hours may vary according due to nature of position.
Normal hours are 07:15am to 17:00pm, Monday to Friday. Saturdays from time to time depending on work load.

Attractive target and bonus structure included in salary bracket. Salary is Gross.

Salary is dependant on years experience, qualifications, etc.

**Salary**: R10 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month

**Experience**:

- Panelbeating or spraypainting: 5 years (preferred)

License/Certification:
