E-COMMERCE FULFILMENT ASSISTANT

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDES BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

- Ensure that customer orders are fulfilled in a timely, precise manner, and properly organised.
- Pick customer orders in a logical manner and package within the required timelines.
- Contribute to the implementation of systems for increasing eCommerce customer retention alongside the Ecommerce Brand Ambassador.
- Act as the point of contact with our delivery partners.
- Proactively work with the retail team to work smart and come up with solutions.
- Maintain good record keeping of all orders.
- Responsible for maintaining an attitude of accountability, integrity and customer excellence.
- Communicate effectively and exercise sound judgement to resolve a situation.
- Assist with customer queries, returns and exchanges.
- Maintain stock of consumables and packaging materials.
- Assist in the retail store with stock replenishment when required.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT
- Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Valid driver’s license is essential.
- Own transport is (advantageous).
- In-depth knowledge of eCommerce and eCommerce Industry.
- Basic knowledge of computer skills.

QUALIFICATION
- Grade 12 (Matric).

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Franschhoek, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
