**Key Responsibilities**:

- Planning, developing, managing and executing all marketing activities within the marketing department.
- Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with the company objectives.
- Planning, developing, managing and co-ordinating all marketing campaigns, events and product launches with sales activities timeously and effectively.
- Overseeing the company’s marketing budget.
- Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans and company brand.
- Preparation and management of printed and online marketing material, including press/media releases, case studies and newsletters.
- Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
- Manage and improve lead generation campaign, measuring results.
- Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
- Monitor and report on effectiveness of all marketing activity.
- To be responsible for developing and maintaining the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM).
- Engage with sales to meet their on-going needs and become the point of excellence for marketing for customer prospects and KCS staff engagement.
- Working closely with our digital agency.
- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant departments are kept informed of marketing communications and objectives.
- Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for joint company marketing.
- Ensure the KCS presence keeps up with changing market trends
- SEO, Google ad and general digital marketing knowledge is key.
**Knowledge/Experience**:

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Multi-tasking of various projects
- Good knowledge of marketing tactics and tools (social, print, media).
- Good knowledge of Google Ads.
- Knowledge of K8 or similar ERP system will be an advantage.
- Creative, practical and able to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- High level of computer literacy including spread sheets (excellent Excel skills required) databases and Internet.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Must be reliable, presentable and professional in a customer facing environment.
- Experience of copywriting and editing.
- Can do attitude
**Key Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in Marketing Management.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the marketing industry.
- Sound knowledge of IT/ICT specifically software.
- A valid driver’s license and own vehicle essential as this role may require travel.
