Cape Town, South Africa Edge Personnel (Pty) Ltd Full time

You will be responsible for the following:
Responsible for effective company secretarial processes for the group

Company registrations

Conversions of CCs into Companies

Shelf company registrations

Amending MOI’s

Registration of special resolutions

Maintaining company registers

Maintain minute/resolution books and client company record

Ensure company compliance with good corporate governance

Prepare agendas and papers for board meetings, committees and annual general meetings

Take minutes, draft chairman notes, draft resolutions, and lodge required forms and annual returns

Ensure policies are kept up to date

Deal with correspondence, collate information and write reports, communicate decisions to relevance company stakeholders

Liaise with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors

**Education**:
Matric Certificate

Secretarial diploma / paralegal qualification to your advantage

2-3 Years of experience as a Company Secretary

MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

**Skills**:
Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English) with good communication and interpersonal skills (public relations)

Telephone Etiquette

Office Administration skills

Solid written and verbal communication skills

Customer service attitude

Self-motivated and results driven

Professional personal presentation

Ability to multi-task

Ability to work under pressure

Must be someone who is bubbly, humorous and pleasant

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R12,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month
