We are hiring a **Digital Performance Marketing Specialist** for a leading agency.

This is a full-time position. On-site, office based. Daily commute is required.
- Must have at least 6 years of experience working in a digital, advertising or marketing agency
- Very strong on strategy
- Must have experience in all paid search channels, including PPC, search, display and paid social.
- Must have 6 years of digital marketing strategy and digital campaign experience.
- Must have agency experience working on big retail, FMCG, car and banking brands.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Motivate and mentor junior members of the Digital Marketing team.
- Team management.
- Responsible for auditing, setting up, managing and optimising all Paid Social & PPC Campaigns.
- Build a PPC strategy for a variety of client accounts.
- Oversee keyword analysis; keyword list building, campaign bid management and optimisation using client preferred tracking tools and ad copy testing.
- Conduct Google Analytics metrics analysis to measure user engagement and campaign performance post-click.
- Utilising bid management tools to help drive KPIs.
- Possess proficiency in major social platforms' standard methodologies, including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, Tik Tok.

**Qualifications & Certifications**:

- Social Media; Digital Marketing or SEO qualification
- Latest AdWords/Bing/Google Tag Manager certifications a must.
- Latest Facebook Blueprint a must.
