As the Performance Marketing Specialist for South Africa, you will be responsible for commercial performance through systematic campaign-specific results and overall digital measurement. Finally, the Performance Marketing Specialist will work closely with all marketing & growth teams in a target-setting way as well as post-campaign evaluations.

**What will you do?**
- End-to-end management of performance marketing activity across Paid Social channels.
- Supporting performance marketing activity across additional channels such as Paid Search and working closely with any partner agencies to implement, optimize and report on performance.
- Develop test and learn initiatives across Paid Social.
- Work with the social media specialist to ensure messaging across all channels are consistent and aligned.
- Work closely with the wider marketing/growth team to optimize audience strategies.
- Ensure budget is spent across performance channels efficiently.
- Track and report on key performance indicators of media activity.

**Who are you?**
- You have experience in creating and optimizing global Google Ads, Social or Video campaigns.
- You get energy from setting up and analyzing A/B tests and using conversion optimization to improve results every day.
- You love to search for new opportunities by immersing yourself in global marketing trends and new acquisition channels.
- You are data-driven and look at data and facts to derive conclusions to improve campaigns.
- Understanding of social media advertising across major platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
- Website Analytics (Google Analytics and Firebase)
- Keyword Research skills
- Experience working on a Performance Media (SEM and Social) strategy
- You are driven, ambitious, and have an exceptional eye for detail.
- You have a Bachelor's or Master’s degree.
