**Job Details**:

- Division Rewardsco Sales- Business Unit Marketing- Minimum experience Entry Level- Company primary industry Telecommunications- Job functional area MarketingWe have an exciting new position for an individual who is passionate about social media and has a sound knowledge of digital marketing. The successful incumbent would be a social guru who loves to engage with the masses.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Community Management - Daily Monitoring of various Social Pages for various Brands.
- Social Media Management - Creating monthly content plans and competitions with conceptual ideas that build social communities, scheduling content and creating monthly reports.
- Social Training - Create Social Media Training packs that can be disseminated to employees that work on the social pages but don’t have formal Social Media training.
- Team Collaboration and Stakeholder Management - Ability to work effectively within a team and independently to manage expectations. Sharing knowledge on current technologies and social trends to be at the forefront of innovation.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- A recognised **qualification in Social Media Management, Marketing or related field **is essential
- Proficient in MS Office packages
- Minimum **12 months recent Community and Social Media Management experience**:

- Digital marketing experience beneficial

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A high level of attention to detail
- Good organisational skills
- Must be able to multitask and work to strict deadlines
- Must have a customer service mindset.
