**Admin Assistant II (Grade 8)**
**Registrar's Division**
**Main Objectives**
To provide effective and efficient administrative support in the Registrar’s Division, capture data from undergraduate and postgraduate applicants, and manage the electronic filing system.
**The Requirements**
Grade 12 plus approximately 3 years’ experience where such experience includes:
- Previous administrative experience within a computerised administrative environment
- Previous data-capturing experience
- Previous frontline and/or reception experience

**Remuneration per annum (Grade 8)**:
