**Supervisor: Horticulture (Grade 10)**

**Grounds and Gardens**

**Main Objectives**

To supervise workers and teams that are engaged in the maintenance of all Horticultural aspects of the garden maintenance unit in the grounds & Gardens Section to ensure a clean and aesthetically pleasing campus by upholding sound and acceptable Horticultural practice.

**The Requirements**

Grade 12 plus approximately 4 years’ relevant experience where such experience includes:
- Previous experience in practical areas of general garden maintenance
- Previous experience in operating mechanical tools of the trade
- A code 10 driving license
- Previous supervision experience (at least 2 years)
- Previous experience having worked in an industrial environment

**Remuneration per annum (Grade 10)**:
Basic Pensionable Salary per annum: R348 338

Cost to Company per annum (Approximately): R472 840
