**Job Purpose**:
The Engagement Manager’s core function is to drive the ownership and accountability of the engagement function. To lead a highly energised, top performing Engagement Team to support the overall objectives of the business. This team’s objective is to add the WOW factor to the people experience through the Engagement and Wellness activities (Kinetix) within Nutun CX.

**Job Objectives**:
**Stakeholder engagement / management**
- Monthly Engagement Cascade Meeting to all stakeholders - this is to cascade what is going to be happening in the Engagement Space a month ahead of time to all areas of the business
- A quarterly review of all engagement outputs with feedback from stakeholders on what has worked well and what could be improved for future engagement activities.
- Support engagement lead in planning of engagement activities, roadshows and all client visits (coordination / choir) with the assistance of the relevant Engagement Officer. People Management
- Establish a weekly and monthly rhythm for engagement leader and the engagement team - Weekly coaching with the engagement team lead, helping them to improve their skills through coaching and feedback. Team member needs to clearly understand their areas for development and have a relevant growth plan.
- Monthly 121’s with the engagement team lead with relevant actions recorded and progress documented against their set objectives and desired behavioural outcomes.
- Clear objectives and management of the Engagement Team Lead and team
- Ensure there are growth targets for each member of the team Project Management
- Ownership and support of all projects in the engagement area relating to campaign launches, new product launches, monthly and quarterly awards etc.
- Attend all project meetings and play an active role in the discussion and ownership of all engagement activities.
- Assist in planning our Quarterly Awards and working with the Comms manager in implementing these plans Reporting / Insights
- Feedback and evaluation of engagement initiatives. Feedback is collected and disseminated to Chief of People within a week of the event/ activation/ theme day.

Communication
- Deliver an engaging weekly Engagement Mail that is send out every Friday.
- Hub is kept up to date
- Posters and other media are distributed to all areas a month in advance of activities/ activations
- All updates are cascaded on weekly Town Hall.

**Education and Experience Requirements**:

- Relevant qualification in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role or leading a team
- Soft skills such as business, leadership, and organizational skills.
- The ability to problem solve issues for the client.
- A strong understanding of project management principles.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- An engagement manager certification like the Project Management is advantageous

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R10 000,00 - R30 000,00 per month
