**Job Title**: Telemarketer for Real Estate Agents
**Location**: Somerset West, South Africa (Remote/Office-based)
**Position Type**: Half-day (Basic salary + Commission)

Are you a skilled telemarketer with 1-2 years of experience, ready to take the next step in your career? Join our dynamic real estate team and help us connect with property owners and potential clients in Somerset West, Strand, and Gordon's Bay.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reach daily telecanvassing call targets
- Establish rapport with homeowners over the phone
- Qualify leads and set up appointments for sales agents
- Update systems with relevant homeowner information
- Communicate and report to management and sales agents regarding leads
- Follow up with potential clients to nurture ongoing relationships

**Key Competencies**:

- Telecanvassing or sales-oriented background
- Exceptional customer service
- Adherence to principles and values
- Ability to adapt and respond to change
- Resilience under pressure and setbacks
- Ability to work effectively under pressure

**Education & Experience**:

- Grade 12
- Own laptop and mobile phone
- 1-2 years of telemarketing experience

**Knowledge & Skills Required**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with real estate rules and regulations (preferred)
- Computer literacy
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills
