**E-Commerce Administrator**
**Location: Cape Town Hybrid(Travel between retail stores/office and remote work)**

**Responsibilities**:
- Store Visits: Regularly travel between retail locations to provide on-site administrative support.
- Facilitate the management of online product listings and inventory across diverse platforms.
- Expedite the processing of customer orders with precision and promptness, ensuring an impeccably smooth purchasing journey.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the marketing team to craft compelling content for product listings and promotional endeavors.
- Monitor sales performance diligently, assisting in the generation of insightful reports to discern market trends and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Liaise effectively with logistics partners to ensure the seamless fulfillment and timely delivery of orders.
- Uphold the overall organization and tidiness of the retail space, maintaining an environment conducive to customer satisfaction (if applicable)
- Undertake additional administrative duties as delegated, ensuring the efficient operation of all relevant processes.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in e-commerce administration or a similar role
- Proven knowledge of e-commerce platforms and content management systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of HTML and CS

**Job Requirements**:
**Education**: Minimum certificate or diploma; additional qualifications in Business Administration or a related field are a plus.
- Certification in secretarial work, office administration, or related training.
- 1-2 years of experience in retail administration required.
- 1-2 years of experience in ecommerce would be advantageous.
**Travel**: Ability to travel between retail locations as needed.
**Availability**: Flexibility in working hours to accommodate store schedules.
**Valid Driver's License**: A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
**Own Laptop or Computer**: A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
**Salary**: From R7 000,00 per month
