Job Description

To facilitate the OUTsurance Life product, Claims Advisors are needed to provide dedicated, value-orientated assistance to clients that have life cover, hence the position of Life Claims Advisors emerged.

Qualifications
- Matric / Grade 12 minimum requirement
- Computer Literate
- Previous experience in Life, Claims and Funeral is essential

Additional Information
**Competencies and Skills**
- Capture and register Life and Funeral claims on the Summit system
- Handle Admin and follow up concerning claims
- Administrating Life and Funeral claims.
- Dealing with queries from clients and service providers
- Liaise with service providers and assessors
- Conduct all the above to the required performance and quality in place
- Handling all claims in a professional and proficient manner
- Customer service oriented
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good interpersonal skills
- Computer literate
- Organised, Self-disciplined and self-motivated
- Dealing with clients in an empathetic way.
- Passionate about dealing with different scenarios and people, in a Deadline and results orientated environment.
- Attention to detail
- Takes ownership and responsibility
- Excellent administration skills
- Stress tolerant
- Willing to work on performance based remuneration system

Enthusiastic in dealing with people in a stressful, deadline orientated environment is essential.

Must be willing to travel locally when required with a valid driver’s license
