The Service Ambassador is responsible for delivering world class service to all members.

- **1. Managing Effectiveness**:_
▪ Provide world class customer service to all members and non-members within the club.
▪ Be the liaison between reception and all departments in the club.
▪ Ensure that reception has the relevant stationery to operate for the day and everything is brand compliant.
▪ As Service ambassador set an example by engaging with members in a professional and friendly manner.
▪ Regulate and monitor all members accessing and exiting the facility, checking that member’s account are up to date.
- **2. Services**_
- Greet members on entry and exit in a professional manner.
- Complete the member verification process by phoning and collecting outstanding paperwork for new members and assisting the sales.
- Ensure non-members are allowed smooth access via our guest register process and referred to a sales consultant.
- Ensure that the override system is being managed and all overrides are valid.
- Processing payments and issuing receipts as per company policy and procedures and are accurately allocated to the correct membership.
- Maintain walk-in potential member list for sales department.
- Answer telephone, friendly efficient manner, and transfer to relevant department.
- **3.Administration and queries**:_
- Capture member details such as photo and access cards
▪ Membership administration, ensuring accurate record keeping & database administration.
▪ Handling membership queries that originate within the club and ensuring they get resolved within 24hours and all queries reflect on the member interaction sheet.
- Regulate and monitor all members accessing and exiting the facility, check member is up to date on account.
▪ Managing Access Intelligence and strategy to drive usage.
- **4. Manager on duty responsibilities**:_
- Manage the shift to minimize risk by ensuring all staff arrive as per scheduled Rota.
- Assist all departments where and when needed.
- Ensure that when you are on shift you are always available to assist members.
- Ensure the club opens and closes in accordance with the company policy and procedures.
- Take appropriate action regarding downtime of equipment/facilities.
- Comply with emergency and evacuation procedures as required.
- Adhere to Lost property Procedure.
- Ensure meticulous completion of all checklists whilst on shift.
- Ensure service standards are delivered on shift.
- **5. Achieve Sales target**:_
- Achieve predetermined sales targets monthly as per the attached commission schedule.
- Be responsible for selling all types of memberships dependent upon the customers needs as well as focusing on selling of corporate memberships within the immediate locality of the club.
- Maintain implementation of the activities set out in the daily planner.
- Ensure that all targets, forecasts, and goals set for activity levels are reached to achieve.
- Be accountable for generating leads that are qualified to join the gym and explain clearly the contractual and payment obligations to the member when joining the gym.
- Be a support to the sales team by assisting with collecting outstanding paperwork.
