Key responsibilities:

- Examining incoming raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure that they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Performing various tests on products, including functional tests, dimensional checks, and material analysis, to identify deviations from standards.
- Identify and report any quality issues or deviations from established standards.
- Analysing quality issues to determine the root cause of defects and proposing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Assemble and inspect sub-assemblies to ensure that individual parts fit together and work as intended.
- Maintaining and calibrating inspection equipment to ensure accuracy.
- Work with production teams and suppliers to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of inspection and test results.
- Assisting the warehouse manager as needed.

- **Time Management**:Ability to prioritize tasks, manage their workload, and allocate their time effectively to achieve goals and meet deadlines

**Requirements**:

- Matric / Grade 12.
- 1-4 years' experience in quality control will be a bonus; however, experience in mechanical workshops is the requirement.
- If you have no experience, you will be required to pass a practical test.
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of surface treatments will be advantageous.
- Basic computer skills.

Pay: From R11 457,00 per month
