Position: Quality Control Manager – (QA/QC Services)

Location: Various project sites (South Africa)

Contract: Project-based / 4-year Framework

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the establishment and implementation of QA/QC systems on large capital construction projects.
  • Develop Quality Management Plans, Quality Control Plans, ITPs and related project-specific quality documentation.
  • Coordinate quality audits, NCR management, root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
  • Manage a multi-disciplinary quality team and interface with engineering, construction, procurement, and project controls.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 10005, ISO 19011, and project-specific specifications.

Minimum Requirements

  • Degree/National Diploma in Engineering / Quality Management.
  • Minimum 10 years QA/QC management experience in EPC / EPCM projects (Power generation / Petrochemical / Mining or Infrastructure).
  • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor qualification (IRCA/SAATCA registered).
  • Experience managing quality documentation and contractors/suppliers.
  • Valid professional registration will be advantageous.
