**Qualifications**
- Maintenance & Repair, and Troubleshooting skills within the properties.
- General knowledge of property maintenance
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Assisting with property turnover between guests, including cleaning and preparing the space.
- Respond quickly to guest maintenance requests
- Keep records of maintenance work and costs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Additional certification in maintenance and repair or related field is a plus
